  Christopher was helping us thru the whole process and took his time to talk with us and find out exactly what we needed. From the beginning to the end his compassion helped us go thru our difficult time. I would recommend him and Newcomer Funeral Home to anyone who goes thru such a difficult time as loosing a parent.   I would highly recommend Newcomer in Longwood. They were extremely helpful and professional. At no time did I feel pushed or pressured in making/selecting the arrangements. The pricing was competitive and very affordable. The facility was nice. They handled the flowers/ priest and all the details. My family was extremely happy with Newcomers. The staff was awesome!

  Forgot they did my first son's funeral screwed it up ,blood on his pillow .Funeral director just flip the pillow. Also his shoes weren't on , my husband had to help him before the showing started. 20 years later my second son died, and they didn't deliver him to the cemetery everybody was there but him. We were having his services at the cemetery. Then they didn't put him in what they were supposed to, they brought him in a torn up box. The cemetery help take care of the whole thing, thank God for them. The guy that originally took care of us was on vacation, the person I talk to right before my son's Funeral Wes the Manager.

  Both of my parents passed away within 3 weeks of each other. We used Newcomer first & then Baldwin Brothers in Winter Park . Baldwin Brothers was so much better, more professional, no mistakes, much more attention to detail, & shockingly less expensive for cremation, as my parents requested. I would strongly recommend them though s most difficult & sad time!!
